the rm990 is from taiwan produced by eagle eye. The light is different from as for taiwan there are only 3 lines led. However only the dot led will lit up but not the line led. Hella just came out with the replacement lci taillight which is identical to original n the price is rm1xxx, but still you have to get a set of module if you want to look like e60 lci original. We have hella facelift rear light in stock for e60. anyone intested can visit motorsport division in sunway. Thanx.

Comes with the light module as well? Or is that still separate at around RM2K++?

bro the Ori LM2 is not included...the LM2 alone is about rm2k...apart from that the retrofit wire harness is around 300 to 500...better get the LM2 coz in future you can retrofit the front LCI light also...

dun get those aftermarket module coz firstly it is a rip off (up to rm2k+++) and in some cases it is too hot and the case shows some sign of melting...also sometime it will show intermittten error message and goes away...

bro the original LCI light is manufacturer by Hella for BMW...now since the supply contract is over, hella is allowed to supply as OE products liau...

so in this case they are suppose to be of the same quality just some marking for BMW will not be there...
