For electronics, check out Sim Lim Square and Funan Centre. Both are within walking distance of each other. If I remember correctly, Sim Lim is the "lower" end one. Rather like Sungai Wang/Low Yat. Ie. must bargain like hell.

Oh, and remember; if you are caught using your mobile without a handsfree whilst in Sigapore, you'll be arrested and your vehicle compounded till you can find a Singaporean citizen to post bail for you, and then you still have to engage a lawyer to sort out the court proceedings at a later date. Don't ask how I know, but you've been warned...
