Ok guys this is the deal. The total package for us in NY Club will be:




1) 2 barrels of beer ( consists about 30 jugs ) RM 1400.00

2) Coke RM24.00 per jug

3) Covercharge RM 30.00 per pax ( Waived )

4) Money will be collected at projet alias with attendance of the non forummers. We will share the total cost. Non drinkers will pay a bit less.

According to the manager we can only park 10 cars at the main entrance so cars will be selected by me. ( just like IAD )

Guys dont forget to bring the club banner because it will be hanged outside on top of a big projecter at the entrance where all can see.

DRIVE DOWN TO THE SOUTH

8 am - meet at Mc' Donalds in Sungei Besi... breakfast then a short brief then..

9am - we start the convoy... THOSE WHO ARE LATE WILL HAVE TO CATCH UP WITH US

10:30 am - or there abouts we will reach mallacca over head restaurant. Have a cuppa, hopefully I can get some mallacan's to join us for the rest of the drive down.

11 am - start to drive again.

12.30 pm - est. arrival in skudai Toll where Vanquish and Vladd will take us all to lunch....

2pm - go for car wash in one of our non forummers car wash (RM 7 only per car with autoglym car shampoo used and great discounts for polishing and waxing too only for the BMW Club members)

3pm - we will check in hotel and then it will be free and easy till evening.

6.15 pm - Convoy to the Projet station in Kempas for a grand meetup with the JB and KL members.

7.30pm - Convoy to a restaurant for TT and dinner.

9.30pm - The grand convoy to NY club.

10.30pm - party time!

sad was in JB on the 3rd-4th for a wedding so could'nt join now :cry:
but was with our Doc. Eddiefiola till 3am then in the early morning followed to his clinic in SG for a checkup and off at 12noon, he took me to Performance Motor and others to book out cars for the future and went window shopping in Singapore.
enjoy yourself all of you but drive carefully.

Vladd can I suggest these cars from the convoy to be parked in front.

BMW2002 - BMW 2002 - For obvious reasons + he uses enough soap on his car
Nikazwaa - E24 - Duke of hazards wannabe
Hishams - E28 - Loves his car more than life itself
Kevster - E30 - Coz its Kevsters car.. do we really need a reason... i.s. Mah
Iceman 13 - E36 - Coz its estoril blue and aparently he said he's a QBB user
Kahar - E46 - If this car was up in the sky, most would believe its a U.F.O sighting

The rest perhaps can fill it up with your boys cars from south. Vladd can I ask where are the rest going to be parked ? Can we get a nice,possible front parking at the hotel ? Please do get back please...
