Another problem I found on my Jap spec car..... the outer black rubber seals around the windshield and back windscreen seem to be cracking and coming off. I don't get that on my local made 325. Guess they really make different parts for different kinds of weather.Anyway, anyone know if those seals can be replaced with our tropicalized versions? Thanks!

Not only that... I noticed some squeaking sound at the door, just like something is loose... but I am not sure what kind of sound that is... I have just got the car for 1 week... anyone can help??

apply some soften oil (turtle, magic 101 etc which is suppose mean to clean leather seat) on the rubber and you should be fine for another week with decent silent without any disturbance. notice...however, if u park ur car under the hot sun often, then u need to re-apply once every 2-3days. the rubber sound is irritating and i started get used to the routine oil applying since i try many method which cost me YET it cant solve the problem permanently. hope its help n get used over the japan spec.

or get a rubber conditioner by BMW sold at d dealership i.e. Sapura and Ingress. It conditions and supple up ur rubber against cracking and drying plus it has a sweet smell like apricot lol. BMW aftercare product is among d best in d market so gv it a try tho quite expensive

If some parts have already cracked and chipped off? Anyway to replace it?
