Jalan Duta - CCTV System running

Hi All,I so have no idea what the heck the system is all about. I use Jalan Duta everyday and before the turning to Jalan Semantan, I can see on the big expensive board saying "The CCTV System is on and please comply to road rules blah blah blah".Can someone explain what does the system do and what is the circumstances for one that does not comply with the rules. I don't want one day to go home and find an envelope with street traffic violation. :getyourfactsright:

most prob another gimmick to get drivers to follow rules la... anyway u got speed limiter tht shouts if u drive too slow wat... hehehe

Top Gear (S08E03 or was it S08E04) mentioned that (in the UK) the board is linked to the speed camera, hence if it says "congestion ahead" even if its a clear road, the speed camera will be activated for the lower speed limit. :angry:
