Hey guys, im having trouble with my instrument cluster. The meter going nuts and sometime the meter doest working, just stay as default even the car is running. Not only that the light indicator for Inspection And Oil Service is show. So what the solution for this? Replace the Instrument Cluster? or there is a trick to fix it. Here video show the problem I had, similar to this. But not my video.I do find "How to reset Oil Service and Inspection indicator light". Just using paper clip or any wire, but it does't work on me.

Try to remove batt terminal for say 10 mins and fit it back. Ensure they are tighten properly and not lose. Worked for me. Good luck.

yesterday i had a Christmas light on my meter cluster as well. and the worse part was, it was coupled with stalled engine during super slow moving traffic and idle. could it be the battery or could the stalling engine be the intake camshaft sensor is gone?

Sometimes meters go nuts due to loose grounding. Pls check.

I think my problem could be there. I got buy Grounding Kit and Pivot Voltage Stabilizer. I install the Grounding Kit and The VS. And the VS i buy i cheap one. So since I install that VS my Instrument Cluster seem going nuts sometimes. Then i heard some of my friends using the same VS as well then its kill their Battery after use it for 3 - 6 month. Then I find some research about the VS, if its not the ORI one its will kill your battery. So I stop using it, only use it for 2 weeks. But the Grounding Kit still installed. So do I need to do proper Grounding? Or my Battery already in the bad condition?

Could be many reasons bro, plug in to GT1 and clear all errors and reconfirm errors to know what's the cause.

I tryed it, still the same. now my temp sensor been effect of it. normal temp sensor will stay at the middle. now when i start the engine at the morning, the temp sensor show the needle at the overheat then suddently will back down to cool. and will not get back to normal that at the middle. so what now? need to change the instrument cluster? battery? any suggestion?

i was stuck in Hartamas today for a few hours while waiting for my mechanic to arrive to jump start my 330. the battery went totally flat on me after my meeting with a client. luckily the client didn't see me trying to crank up the car haha. anyway, checked and yup the battery is totally gone! changed to a new one and surprisingly, all those Christmas lights went off! no more check engine light no more etc. i reckon those were caused by irregularities in voltage by the worn out battery.
