...Great Event! Except for the stupid Parking...Knn...Now all over body aching...reality check is Im not as fit as I use to be ...Drive car also can cramp..knn...

XXX,
Body ache, muscle and joint pains? You know which product to take, right? Not fit? That's why you are now driving "uncle's car". I suggest, you change the E34 to E36 :top: which swept all 3 top spots in Group B.

The top 2 drivers with the e36 have taken part in numerous autocross events before and hence their better showing, not forgetting the setup and tires used, Group B winner was running on semi slicks, anyone noticed?

Likewise our guest star driver, Ivan Khong aka Dark Helmet needs no introduction in the local auto cross scene. I am sure the prevision driving on display with the Z4 M coupe would have inspired many of you, to learn or aspire to do the same:top:

So there are a lot of factors to be considered, before one can post good fast times. Good car setup is of paramount importance in any form of motorsport, whether at Sepang or Shah Alam car park. Anyone monitored their tire pressure? :)The other part of course is the driving technique, which with practice and proper guidance, one will surely improve :)

I am glad everyone had fun, let's all hope the next committee will incorporate this event into an annual affair, and perhaps extend the invitation to other car clubs of different brands to participate as well (open category)!!. :listen: :top:

Cheers,
Albundy

Great event..

Still feeling heaty after 6 cans of beers, 3l of waters, 3 cans of red bull, 2 can of 100 plus and 3 mug of beers and 2 cold showers and a night of aircon at full blast.

Yes some of the committees are lobster red after the event.

Congrat to all the participants and winner. :top:

Kudo to the club committees and volunteers who have helped out in making this event a success.

Special thanks to all the club's sponsors. (Ingress, Conti, Rike Kool, Glaxo (Ribena), etc)

btw, prez, kevster and xxx, thanks for the taxi ride. It was an eye opener to see 3 different pro demonstrate their driving skill up close.

pss..stt.. XXX, hope you get your handbrake fix!!! :listen:

(i vote XXX for the most drama king and zoggee for the most entertainment value) :stupid:

Clearly can see that power does not have much added advantage as demonstrated by a car with a 1100cc engine.

Thanks to all the committee members and volunteers. Great event. My 1st Gymkhana:top:

p/s dont know how much tyre and brake pad gone already:wink:
