How to get back the performance?

Bro kolamp, my fc is around 5.6km/l. Lots of short distance and goind up hill everyday. 2.5km to work but need to refill fuel weekly around RM60 to RM70. Fuhh. Not including weekend ride. Better work in KL in this case. If changing the O2 sensor will show any difference that would be great.
