Bro, maybe you can upload the photos to photo uploading website such as photobucket and flickr, and then link the photos here. Much better to see than uploading it straight to this BMWCM website.

Currently your DIY is very hard to read, with small pictures which needed clicking everytime we want to see the pictures.

Example (I have uploaded your photo to flickr and link it here):

Actually i don't kn why like this

As I have said, what you are doing now is that you are uploading it straight to BMWCM website.

What you should do instead is upload the photos to flickr or photobucket and link the URL of the photo in your posting, which will get a clearer view.

take out the glove box
View attachment 29926
the GMV module located at back of glove box
View attachment 29927
this is GMV module
View attachment 29928
socket side of GMV, this is control for centre locking, power window, keyless entry, etc, i target the 54 pin socket in the centre
View attachment 29931
from 54 pin wire set, look for this three wire, blue/red (lock), white/black (unlock), red/blue (door switch), there is only one wire on that colour no same colour wire in that socket anymore
View attachment 29932
cut the wire skin (don't cut the wire) test with multi meter make sure not a live wire & connect the alarm set white wire to white/black, brown wire to blue/red
View attachment 29933View attachment 29934
connect power supply wire from alarm set to corner of GMV that is a live wire & black wire to earth for temporary
View attachment 29935View attachment 29936
now it should can trigger lock/unlock function with remote unit
View attachment 29939
use soldering to make sure all wire said the above not loosen & wire tape it properly
View attachment 29937
due to time constrain, i only manage to connect fire wire for the set, the rest of connection like siren, indicator light, key switch, etc... i will upload again see how respond from our club member, no point if no body interested in it.
