sifu's , when i download and wanted to print the application form , it's either too small or too big until the header is unprintable . is it okay for me to submit the form without the header ? my printing starts from the main title of the form which is " MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION / RENEWAL FORM " .. :smokin:
