How much of E46?

Anybody can tell me whats price from the CBU E46 318i(2.0) Ph2 2001 and CKD(1.9) Ph1 2001? Beside the outlook and horsepower, what other different between Ph1 & Ph2 model?

I prefer know about the Specification between Phase1 & Phase2 model... Seems after survey, it's too many different such as Gearbox, Engine, Headlamp etc...

10s your advised... seems the best must go for high spec or latest phase2... After survey, found the Ph1 still used similar as E36 gearbox, 1.9cc is really underpower once a time I went to the Dyno workshop and the mechanical told me tested E46(Ph1) On-Wheel-Dyno about 8+HP.. But Ph2 I have no idea.. So, I still prefer if Ph2 can get about 100HP...
