Woooo that looks bad bro...
How in the world that can happened fuuuhhhhh...
Well may be if can find a very good mech still can be open it...
Have to spot weld something to that damage nut and try to open it...
But have to be very carefull not to splash the welding spark onto your nice rims...

is thr other method?
welding sounds hazardous to the rim and anything wrong may end up with spoiled rim...

Well can also try to chips off the damage nuts...
Or using drills bit bigger size then the nut just to cut off the spoil area until the shank of the nut...

Bro try to contact Melaka groups in the members meet up section...
Most of the accessory shop got this lock nut...
You can also try engineering shop they are professional with their works...

You have to buy the adaptor from BA. No need to waste your time with accessory shop.

I lost my adaptor before and manage to get the adaptor from BA for about RM25 (Mine is E46).

The lock nut look slight damaged so you may not have to weld it to remove it if you have new adaptor.

Probably need some welding work to remove it. It happens quite frequent. I changed my lock nut to older version (star shape) which is stronger. Take note that our lock nut does not come with numbering. Once damage, it's very hard to trace it. I was told that there are more than 50 types of shape whereas the older version only have ~40. Good thing about the old version is it came with numbering. You can buy the replacement key easily.

The lock nut can only be loosen manually. DO NOT unlock the special lock nut with Air Gun as it will definitely damage the nut. this was advice from my SA

Change it to the old lock nut. Costs about RM180 from AB. The new type lock nut will easily give way if improperly handled. I had to spot weld mine to remove it but the welder was very experienced.

Another cost saving measure.

Yup I just bought a set of lock nuts from BA as well because one came out (don't know how it happened). It all comes in a set.

Thanks all for the kind advices.
I sent it bac to tyre shop and every possible method of unscrewing were done bt still unable to take it out, finally end up with welding.. Luckily the person is experienced so didn't damage the rim.
Nw has to find a good set of wheel lock. Called up BA and gt quote rm200 for the same type of lock.
After reading the replies here, I really considering old type of lock. Wanna ask is old type suit to fix on f30?

I never trusted the bmw locks as I did have the key type.
The common ones is easily to be opened by thieves as they have it due the similarities
Of each key.
So I have the Taiwan type which is new in the market costs about 70-90 a set
Which has more than a thousand combinations.

Works well for me.

do u mind elaborate on its details, the brand and where u bought it..

The big tyre shops in kl carries it. Brand ? Threw the box away.
They have various brands now.
Pictures, on my car. A bit troublesome to post up in here. But I will try later.

If you plan to get the ori lock nut from spare part shop, pls ensure you get the right diameter and thread. if possible, remove 1 nut and bring to the shop. I bought it at RM170 but came with 2 key as spare from a Conti car spare part dealer. If you go back to BMW dealer, then you save all the hassle but paying for higher price.
