Plastic headlights are pretty simple to polish. This is what I did to the covers for my dad's E39 using the Meguiars Plastx and a rotary buffer.

even standard polishes meant for paint can be used. have used menzerna which gives a very good result.

Which menzerna did you use? IP or FF?
I tried M80 before, but didn't get too much of a result, perhaps did not work it well enough as I was rushing haha.

Your "meguiars method" damn works well with my E39 headlight. Definitely scary at first, but it works. Thanks for sharing.:top:
