Guide when receiving the f30

Hi taikos...i will receiving my f30 320i sport edition next friday...hopefully u guys can enlighten me on what should be checked before i sign the acknowledgement...since i noticed a lot of horror quality issues about f30 i.e. steering rack sound, rusty seats and etc. So is it possible for me to check those issues when receiving the car?actually this is my first beemer...
