My car didn't have vanos fault code but i'm facing engine slight jerk during cold start (1000 rpm), after 1min (500 rpm), everything back to normal... It is due to vanos seal? faulty?

You can check it at POS Malaysia's website. Just enter the same tracking ID as given by the shipper.

POS Malaysia is pretty tardy with their updating though and sometimes you only see info updated after it has been delivered to your hands.

Just call to POS Malaysia and check. Parcel clear from custom today morning and now on the way to POS Besar Ipoh, estimated i will receive tomolo.

Not sure about the vanos seal charges.
But based on my experience importing a test & mesurement equipment, if the price given from manufacturer is FOB, normally custom tax is 10% from the total amount.
If CIF, then no custom tax. Just pay the freight cost.

FOB = Free On Board
CIF = Cost Insurance Freight

FOB = It refers to the physical location that title to the goods changes hands from the shipper to the recipient. At that point, the recipient assumes the risk of loss and takes responsibility for any shipping charges. It has nothing to do with the method of shipment.

CIF = Term of sale signifying that the price invoiced or quoted by a seller includes insurance and all other charges up to the named port of destination.

CIF is the price they tax you on, which is Cost + Insurance + Freight. So if they say 10% its based on the total of CIF
