I did it at my friends workshop with his pointers and my iphone for reference, should have printed out the procedures or brought my laptop for easier reference. I DIY because the procedures from given on the beisan website is excellent and covers everything, just follow it step by step and you would be fine.

But I do recommend doing it during an oil change because a lot of engine oil is gonna come out when start to open the vanos unit. and also i had to open my radiator hose so there goes my coolant
