Gear Oil

...anybody knows which gear oil shud i use for my E30 320i ? This is what I've read on the net "ALL BMW differentials use Redline 75W-90 Gearoil"...plz shed me some lights...thanks!

M3 uses 75W140, make sure u get the right axle oil for non-LSD coz from my understanding only M3 have LSD. 75W90 is fine, i uses 75W140 and it works fine as well (i use 140 hopefully to get rid of the some mild klik-klik sound) it does help in reducing the sound abit as recommended by chris2000

redline 75W90 or 140NS (make sure there is NS behind the 90 or 140 coz its for non LSD) about RM 55/bottle of 0.95 litre
