Front aggregate protective plate

I had an accident last night, bang on the plastic (red/white) divider in the middle of the road. Dont know who the asshole push those thing out block the right lane. Hit the divider and now my frog light gone and the front aggregate protective plate (under the engine platic cover) gone also. just to check on here is the plastic plate do any funtion on the engine bay. if i dont replace another new unit does it effect on anything? how much does it cost for a brand new or second hand part

Sorry to hear about your small mishap. The under carriage cover will improve the car aero dynamics by reducing the coefficient of drag. Otherwise nothing major IMO.
