hi all sifu / friend around...erm , recently i facing a problem at my E36 325i .. 1) while the car not moving , in neutral , i press on the gas pedal n felt the engine, dash board + passenger seat shaking. 2) i observed that the rev meter drop very slow when i release the gas pedal .... like the air flow not smooth enough to release . (it drop very fast last time)3) while i put on sport mode, i cant fully push on the gas pedal, the left wheel would produce sound like " grgrgrgrgrgrgrgr " from somewhere, izzit from the bearing or the arm bush, but i can travel up to 180km/h with normal mode smoothly.

Hi, maybe you should check the oxygen sensor, spark plug, air filter and fuel pump. Just my 2 cents opinion. :)

item no 1 : could be your engine mounting ..
2 : try cleaning the the TB , ICV and the Air mass ...
3 : try lifting up your car on the hoist and feel the rotation of the tyre , any free play due to worn bushings , wheel bearings , or stucked brake pads ..etc etc

If one of the spark plug died also can give the same vibrate/shaking problem. So how's your car bro? Problem already solved?

1. Might be your exhaust system mountings... or engine / gearbox mounts...
2. Might not be related.. are you sure you werent comparing with A/C on vs A/C off? Sometimes memory screws with our minds...
3. Only happens in sports mode? What if you floor it hard during normal mode? "Grrrgrgrgr" Sound can be from guibo, rear diff or tires. Quite difficult to tell until diagnosed by mechanic.

As usual, No.1 tip in the world: Get a reputable mechanic to check it! If doubtful, post his input here.
