F30 320d M Sport - what should be the lookout?

Would need some help and feedback in my coming purchase.
I am planing to purchase a F30 320d M Sport and wondering what will be the item/parts/issue i should look out for during purchasing/collecting of the car? ie. rattling sound, loose panels, vibrations and so on...

hope we can have a check list for future buyers as well!

2.Poor sound proof
3.Knocking sound from steering or absorbers
4.Jerks from eco start/ stop function
5.Gear shifting not smooth
6.Air vent/flap refused to shut
7.Aircond loud
8.Left mirror unable to adjust
9.Big gap between glass panel and meter cluster
10.Jerky even when not on ASS mode
11.Front lights fog up during raining day
12.Scratches on tint
13.Black residual on tail pipe
14.Wiper cannot stop when raining, even if stop button off

Can i drive the new car upon pick up before signing any paperwork? Just to make sure the car is good condition prior to taking ownership.
