Engine stall and felt heavy

Hi,I am driving an E90 320 N46 engine. Had an experience when the car stall while slowing down at the speed bump. Try restarting the car back then everything back to normal. Before the engine stall, the steering also felt heavy. Now when go back to normal driving, the car felt sluggish and heavy. Need advise from whoever had experience this before. Thanks.
