Engine Oil topup every 5K +

Please need help I have to top-up engine oil by 1 litre every 5KM+. Auto Bavaria insist nothin wrong with my 325 car eventhough its only 2 years old, and total mileage is only 24 KM plus.

1 litre every 5k km is something you should worry about cos i would! Why don't you send it to Ingress or Sapura for a 2nd opinion.

yup, agree with B33mEr that there's something really wrong there...my old E34 does not require any engine oil top up after the normal 6,000-7,000km service. Should really get a second opinion there...

Your car is "underused".. 24 months only covered 24k km, so 1 month 1k km. So your 5k km top up is in fact a 5 month once affair..

Maybe vaporise lio. What oil u use? When was last oil change?

Come to think of it, 5k km 1L, 20k km is 4 litre of fresh oil lio.. so your engine oil technically fresher than other 325 out there that only top up once every 7~8k km..

I have been topping at Auto Bavaria, so do not know what brand they use but they are supposed to know best. Now they are going do do some checks on the engine that will take them 3 days , so now am without a car. its real bugger .....

as mention, 2 year car @ 25,000km should be E90, he already mention its a 325i
