Engine oil sludge building up

My car engine having noticeable engine oils sludge building up. I was servicing my car by autobavaria according what did bmw scheduled . This is very disappointed and frustrated when they offer me for a new engine change for rm 19k!! Its sound not a reasonable price. The warranty just pass around 10 days when i sent my car for inspection by autobavaria. I know im not the first person getting this issue, anyone experienced can share the complaint route or even a lawsuit case settlement?

can i ask what was the symptoms?? also what was the frequency of servicing? full service record or partial?

if its not too bad, you can service using mineral oil//semi synthetic, change it next 500km's and repeat if necessary. If I am not mistaken, there is a treatment you can also use. if its quite bad, maybe can try opening the valve cover and clean the head manually?

Mostly city or highway driving ? How often you change the engine oil.
