Edit Profile, Signature and Avatar

Dear moderators, has the functionality to edit profile, signature and our personal avatar been disabled?

Update:

Based on some tests, it seems for the issue only affects existing members.

Newly created profiles are able to send personal messages and edit their profile settings.

Anyone can edit their signatures? I still face the error whenever I try to update my personal signature
