Hi sifu,My car cover below the car just break due to hit something in highway..3 pcs remove at Tamar shop. Do I need to do any replacement for the cover or just let it blank at doen of the car.1st pc cover down of radiator2nd pc cover steering rack and some of the pipe3rd pc cover auto oil filterIf replace how much for the cover and where can order?I'm in Penang..Thanks

The cover functions to facilitate the air flow under the car and will contribute to aerodynamics. The other function is to prevent from flood water to come into the engine bay if u happened to go through it. It needed to be replace other wise your car may not be efficient as it was designed to. Cost of the parts at AB will be around RM 600 +

if just left it blank will cause any issue?

If sand and dirt goes into moving parts then you will start to see the issues...

TLC your ride bro....would you want your 'bottom' to be exposed?

Some call it splash guard, to keep the engine clean, away from dirt and grime, apart from improve aerodynamic of the bottom air flow. It also protect flying gravels and stone from hitting and damaging the oil sump, oil cooler tube and also our plastic ZF transmission pan.

I believe the aluminium will act as a heat sink that will dissiminate the heat of the engine, correct me if i am wrong

Seong, u mean only The big cover cost u rm 8xx?

You may check with AB Jalan Tun Razak, was quoted rm 680. N46 splash guard. If yours is N52, should be 800+
Please note mine is for msport bumper. The fitment of splash guard depending on bumper. Price is varies depending on model.

Metal bends easily. Then disrupts airflow. That is why ori is not metal.
