think u can check out Obermaier (www.obermaier.com.my), Freddy (owner) told me he has the abs pump parts .... price including installation is about RM9k to RM10k i think.

The alternative of course is to get from AB / SA / Ingress :p

Good luck ;)

wow! and I thought my old Perdana ABS pump RM1k was expensive! What have I got myself into!

mucha, saw your newbie thread u own a white E60.. now this is E90, how many Es u have la?!

gosh! E90 2007 ABS pump already failed? furthermore it cost RM10K? got to sell my W202 to buy ABS pump loooo.

choq@PAKA

downgraded:bawling: sold the e60 due to engine prob...
was hoping this e90 all okay until the abs give in:banghead:

I just changed my new ABS pump at Ingress, bought new with 2 years warranty from Ingress. RM 11k complete installation.

Mine is 335i but ppl at Ingress said 335 or 325 use the same pump.

The result, abs warning lite gone and ABS back to normal now.

That depends on:

1. how frequent you activate ABS or DSC to "exercise" the pump solenoids, recommend to activate it once in a while.
2. how frequent you replace your brake fluid? Recommend 30k km interval or once a year if u can afford it. This is one fluid BMW never specified LongLife.. :4:
3. who did your last fluid change for u? U sure the right technique is used?

SC charges RM48 for the brake fluid, of course labor and others not cheap, all add up to about RM180.. but right fluid and technique used which entails OBC reset la and what not. Peace of mind!

:48:

I have the same problem happened :motz: Is this the BMW common problem?? how much u guys fixed it? anyone help?

obermaer is very expensive. Avoid if you can..

That would be the last place I would go if any other mech can't solve my problems.

You can try Zender, Bomin, Optimum, WP or any mercedes/german car specialists.

Aplenty in KL

my abs pump fail last 8 months ago too on my e92 335i. I can source for a second hand unit for you if you need. I pay around 4k plus for everything. Everything seems to be fine up to date.

So for this 8 months everything still fine? I'm doubt how they got the 2nd hand unit?

Bro, normally workshop get the used part from chop shop. Some parts are good to use and u save a lot.
