E90 323i - Newcomer questions

I've transferred more than 800 songs into my I Pod now and that's still growing. I can't imagine keeping all those CDs in the car if I had settled for a CD changer instead. The sound quality from the I-Pod interface is pretty satisfactory too, which was my earlier concern which has now proved unfounded, fortunately! Heh!

Would you, by any chance, have the part number for the iPod kit as I got to know that there is one version that comes with a seperate display panel which can be mounted on the dash. My SA here know nuts about these.....

Found out there's a 6FL equivalent from BMW as a retrofit item.

No worries Juan. I've got the latest info on the interface kit (retro fit type) that supports both USB and iPod connector. I can send you the product info if you want it.
