e60 undercarriage cover

so was driving at a considerable amount of speed 2 weeks ago when suddenly heard a loud whoosh and sounds of something scraping down under (no not on my body part :68: ) ,so here's the culprit and what it was:



not easy to fix whilst lying on my back:


but managed to do it.gotta modify by putting additional bigger washers and additional self tapping screws.phew...saved quite a substantial amount of RM. :69: big panel is rm 750 and smaller one rm 500......

Mine gear cover was torn off and had to modify:

Aluminium spacer computer cut out as holder.

Got the undercover installed at DU Tyres Sdn Bhd. The boss Nicholas is quite nice and knowledgeable.

Fully installed.

wah......very the chun wan.that would be the cover for the engine oil drain plug access.how much did it cost you to have the aluminium piece manufactured?

I asked my worker to do it. Aluminium cost RM 8.00. Labor cost free....hehe.
