E60 air condition something wrong...

Any sifu can provide me some advice? On the following problem?Just drove from Penang to kl at 11pm, mid way around tapah, the air con suddenly didn't blow out the cool air, the blower has big fan sound but the cool air seems not focus to blow out, when touch with hand, still can feel the cold air blow out, but just a very little, I just check the temperature is 25degree, could it be the low temperature that cause the sensor block the cool air being channel to cabin? It happened before when I was at genting highland, the surrounding is 23degree and same synthom too, no huge cool air being channel to cabin... But I do whatever setting in climate or turn the fan to max, also no cool air. All the way driving with sonna hot cabin, really pits off....anyone got the same? Can anyone share? Thanks and appreciate it...

I have similar problem whenever I go on long trip in evening or during rainy day. I suspect the the heat exchanger iced up .Whenever it happen , I shut off the air conditioner compressor and allow the external fresh air in, after a while , the air flow restore , confirming the icing issue due to the temperature control problem in th air condition problem........

check the aircond gas..same symptom happened to my e60 last week..problem solved after the gas refilled

If im not mistaken this has been discusses in e60forum before. Common problem. Its something the wiring of the blower. A guy called Naidu (which u can also search from the forum) can solve this. Not expensive problem to solve also i heard.

Happen to me before few times. Its like the blower is so damn noisy but very little air comes out. Wanted to send to naidu, but the problem miraculausly dissapeared and didnt happen again in 1+ years so i just left it be.

Come to think abt it i havent done any AC maintenance at all on my car, already 140k KM. Might take her to naidu to service AC and fill gas if necessary

finally i found that my aircond condenser is leaking..going to replace it soon..already topped up aircond gas for 2 times in 2months..:motz:
