1) Besides power and road tax, which is the best recon model to get?2) Any major differences in maintaining a 525 and a 530?3) Just wondering if it's advisable to get a car from Naza (offering 1 year warranty on engine and gearbox) vs from those outside dealers who offers at most a month warranty?4) :top:What's the diff in between Jap & UK spec?

Looks some action will be taken by Daredevil..wwooww..Congratulation..

IMO try to get the 525i/530i M-sport with N52 engine.
I found that JAP spec car is batter in condition then the UK one.
Good Hunting !

Consider buying a local AB approved Used BMW also. They offer very low interest rate and 6 months factory warrenty. :top:

dunno much bout the 5 series, but heck go for the 530 man:top: . can tumpang ahh pres?

what 525 or 530??? Damn just go for the M5 just need to sell of the hse, wife and kids.....

and yr dad's E60 yeah yeeeeeeeeeehhhhhhhhhhhaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

as for me 525i m sport shld be ok , go for it

For me, I will wait for the new LCI E60 which will be out soon.

New transmission, facelifted and etc.

523i enough for Daredevil since he is very law abiding and usually drives below 90km/hr. THe 523i offers similar torque to the 525i and for the $$$, its a great value proposition. :)

Upgrading again????  Way to go....

Forget the 523 and 525, go straight to the 530. You won't regret it. Test drove one... fuyoooooooh. But if you manage to sell the wife, kids and house, get the real deal - M5!

buy the 535d la... twin turbo.. dun waste time on the petrol engine, diesel is the future..

Twin turbo 523d is the way of the future. Feel the power

Yeah, and suffer the consequences of our poor diesel quality. The high sulphur content in our local diesel will damage the cat converter in no time (bloody expensive to replace). You then lose power and get black smoke. Forget about diesel until our government introduces Euro 4 legislation - thats what these high-tech diesel engines needs.
