e46 vibrate while on idling

I feel my e46 vibrate during idling but the RPM shown stable.I brought my e46 to BM specialist at Batu Caveand what they did is:1.clean throttle body2.MAF sensorBut vibration still happen and now new threat coming hard to start and i guess during engine hotter.Please anyone can advise me.

agree with above's opinion. if it is an e46 with a n42 or n46 engine, do check the oil separator. it might be clogged. this could lead to an idling problem n also hard to start. is is due to oil sludge clogged in the oil separator due to long service intervals. also check the spark plugs.

if it vibrates when idle, it is probably due to old spark plug, or spark plug wiring bad contact, one or more plugs not firing, get those checked

i.Engine mounting..yes!!it's time to change!!
ii.oil separator..that was clogged..erm..may be!I heard abnormal sound coming from it and never happened before.
iii.Spark plugs/wire..just changed them complete with coils.Visual check the wire still ok.

Tomorrow wanna go to check.
