I have been having this problem bout a month now. Whenever the R is engaged the rpm drops and the engine shudders. The mechanic have tried the throttle body and maf but the problem still there.
Replace all 3 main rubber bushing at backend under frame . Parts not expensive but lots of work so labour cost may be high.few hours job maybe. May need to remove differential gear too...
