bro, if original manual it is extremely rare specie now. i have been hunting around for one too but could not find. i settle for a E46 2.2 litre ori manual.

Although not ideal, (would prefer at least 325) but ori manual is now so rare in sight. 1992 - 1995 E36 ori manual are asking around RM30k - RM38k. conditions ( both interior and exterior) are run down. so when i saw this unit which was well kept by previous owner who studied and work in UK since early of the century and brought it back in 2009 (supported by original UK registration card), i was hooked. besides, the M54B22 engine for 3 series under manual transmission is not bad at all.

no worry as 3.0 stroker kit is available. . . congrats for ur new toy . .

Sounds interesting.

i) how safe is the stoker kit to the engine lifespan? i think piston will wear out faster rite?
ii) it virtually increases the displacement of the engine, need jpj approval?
iii) and how much would be the cost?
