Need to change the rear brake pads and discs. What would you guys recommend? Expecially pads that do produce too much dust on the rims. Anyone used Brembo discs before?

dude, if yer not goin fer the SC/turbo n sorts, i don quite think u need those BBK i.e brembos, stoptech, AB, wilwood etc etc .... just stick to those OEM ones, they r gd nuff ok 
unless if yer worried bout those brake dust, there r many in the market ... one of the prominent ones r EBC ... green stuff, red stuff, yellow stuff ...
otherwise, just spray yer rims to dark colored ones i.e bronze look,
