Recently after driving about 30-60 mins, the brake need to step down fully only can stop the car, but on the next day, everything back to normal? Anyone encounter the same problem?

plse bleed your brakes.there cud be air in the system.this is dangerous and must be rectified now.
this may not be the primary cause but start here first and move up from there.
one of the brakes may be binding and thus can cause the fluid to boil thereby reducing braking efficiency....you know like when we go to the track with standard brakes and after doing 2/3 hot laps the brakes will become less efficient and you have to put yr weight on the brake pedal to stop the car....aaaa....same effect lor
gud luck.

Please do a complete brake system check...
Brake pad...brake fluid...
If all is still in good condition please do a complete brake system bleeding to clear any air in the brake system..
Any air in the system will make your brake spongy...this very dangerous...

aku ada stereng lori dan bas......kau ada....
