Hello everyoneI almost close a deal with an owner who going to sell his e39 523i year 2000 at about RM70K, could someone give me some advise what are the maintenance like and what should I take a note after owning it ? The current mileage is about 135,000km. I have brought the car to the BMW mechanics, and checked everything ok included diagnose using the machine, certain things like the engine mounting & gearbox mounting, wipers that needs to be changed. Thanks.

bro, congratulations on your ride.
Pay attention to any leakages from the steering rack, engine oil, radiator coolant, power steering hoses. ABS module, fuel pump, water pump & air-cond compressor would be on the list for a car of that age & milage

Enjoy the ride first and get familiarize before you start worrying about the maintenance. It will come, hopefully later than sooner.

As what Jerman said, enjoy the ride first.
If you are happy with the price and have been check by mechanics with clean bill of health(almost). Go for it. Dont have to worry now, worry will come to you later...
