e38 10000km service

dear e38 728i owners, what engine oil do u use for the usual 10000km service. is it necessary also to change the spark plugs (currently using the 4 head bosch ones) and the air filter if they are still in good condition? oil filter is a must yes...what else do i need to look out for?

I am not an expert but I use the shell helix oil. So far so good - I drive an e46
