Vibration in the car when driving normally .... Whenever stepping on the brake to stop ... the car has the feeling like its going to die off any time ... Any one has such experience?

Check the Air flow sensor or the Idle control valve. Air flow valve could be stuck during high rev.

pertaining to your vibration porblem, could you give a bit more information about the vibration..
eg.. engine vibration, wheel vibration

It would help if you give a brief history what you did to your car before the vibration happen.

As for the feeling of the of dying off, it look like you have a idling speed problem. This problem is cause by either:-
1. ICV valve
2. AFM - Air Flow Meter (being sticky)
3. Loss of Vaccum - rubber hose harden or cracked causing loss of vaccum.
