may i ask izzit stock available in new for the "honeycomb" and "resistor" and blower in our local parts disty?

expensive? if it is not, i would trust more on new parts of coz.

yes there are ...try asking innerpower OR B.A ....

as terms of expensive -- i think it's affordable and not so expensice as driving without a cooling system is a disaster in an e36 .even worse when it rains ...

I used to drive my volkswgen beetle without aircond, having the wind blowing in.. like classic style..
but cant do that at day time!
