e36 318i aircond sound ticking

wanna ask any sifus..why my e36 318i aircond sound ticking at main output center dashboard only when driving for about 20 minutes? can somebody help me?

what is the frequency of the ticking?

It the aircon still cold after the ticking sound comes?

What is the vent setting?

When the aircon is switch off with the fan running, does the ticking sound still exist.

try the air con specialist Naidu to check out the problem. He is located around jalan gasing just behind the epf building.

ps.. it could be a bomb..

usually the ticking sound could be coming from the cooling coil fins ...whereby those are made from copper or either aluminium ... usually happens when it's extremely cold ..

you may try out another air-cond specialist Nathan as an option ..located near motorola along federal highway ...

i get some ticking sound after hit a pothole...to solve, i can switch off the aircon for 2 min or just find another pothole.

After a while...i already fedup and i decided to change the blower motor...now no more sound..

thank guys for the info..its only ticking when i put the blower on..when its in open air function no ticking sound..problem solve, the blower going to BER..
