Hi Guys,Need your help on advice. My M50B20 have initial acceleration problem.Very bad experience on parking bay slope. The just didn't want to go up on the slope. Had to trash the engine up to 3000 RPM and release the clutch.I don't think that it is a clutch problem as what my mech says. It seems to happen only after prolonged driving (eg. 2-3 hours). Maybe it's heat?Because the throttle will move between 400-1200 rpm when it's at the heat up condition. Is this related to the radiatior or something else? Please enlighten me on this.ThanksRB

Thanks Bundy,

Cam Sensors? Sorry but I can only locate the O2 sensor near the airbox.

Would it be under the engine cover?

Do a diagnostic test such as using MODIC II. It should be able to tell you what was wrong. As ALBundy said strong probablity is the cam sensor problem. My E34 had the same problem before and cured by changing the sensor after MODIC II detected the problem. It will cost around RM300+
