This is normal. You can check any BMW from this era and it will display this difference in ride height.
To understand this, we must remember that these cars were designed to be left hand drive from the beginning. It is to compensate the weight of the driver during SOV driving so that it will maintain a level ride height. Also, on left hand drive roads, the gradient of the roads are the opposite to ours here for water channeling.
One only realises this when the ride hide is lowered bcos now your tyres are closer to the wheel arch and this makes it visually more apparent. You can go measure a stock standard e30 and you will find that this difference is there, only not obvious.
Any issues you might ask....In my many years of tinkering and tracking with e30s, I can assure you that there is no problem. It does not cause any handling or ride issues.
Should you find that you cannot accept this visual problem, add some spacers to the absorber mounting on the lower side untill you are happy.
