Please be kindly enough to replace the 4 screws back as soon as possible.

The alternator consist of two outer part which house the bearings for the
alternator. The rotor ride on these bearings.

Kind sir, you should also ask your mechanic to check the bushing
for the alternator bracket. They have a tendency to wear and cause the alternator to be slightly misalign and cause the vibration which will also cause the nut or bolt to come loose. I am sorry to use the word "nut" but this is the correct word to use.

I hope you can solve your problem in the near future.

ps... If you don't mind saying so, I would think seriously to consider
changing the mechanic. If any mechanic who can advise you not to
worry when 3 of the 4 screws/nut have dropped off, then he don't
know his work too well.

Every bolt and nut are put there for a reason...
