As per the title, I have E46 which the seatbelt frequently unable to extend. If pull slowly, SOMETIMES it can extend but most time I have to release and pull and it come a few centimeters, and keep repeating until i can lock the belt.
Pls recommend any workshop that can help to fix this problem
