I read a really interesting previous thread about a double din installed in an e46. Something about vent hacking and stuff. Anyone heard or knows about something like this done to an E36?
Don't do it bro, it will mess up the neat look of the centre consol.. Option you can installed another 1 Din DVD at the empty slot on the centre consol
im facing that dilemma too... The 1 din will in return block the air from the centre vents where is the strongest. haha
dun think hav an option to have best of both worlds....
Yeah i know. Thats why i didnt install the single DIN DVD. I was told that after awhile, the LCD will have vapour inside due to the aircon blower behind it. Dunno true or not la. But i wouldnt wanna risk 2.5K on that.
