i mean, after seeing the (pics) sanding down process i am kind'a 'sayang' my brand new 325i to be undergoing such process. saw the many pics of the process of detailing by Autodetailer, notice that sanding is one of the process which took away the dull surface. I mean is it necessary since new car is brand new with no scratch and swirl marks yet?could any sifu here briefly explain what can Autodetailer do to better protect my brand new car paint right from the showroom. eg polish off my new glossy surface and apply new wax/?? OR need not polish off the new gloss but ADD additional protection layer or something??.. i'm kinda lost...many thanks

Whoa! Sayang man!! There's nothing more beautiful than a brand new coat and I would just apply protective layer of wax and polish and leave sanding for much later... Just my 2 cents!

ditto..no point paying so much when your car is brand new dude..just give it a good wax with a good wax brand!
