Hey anyone and everyone,I' own a 2002 e39 535i Motorsport, a few months ago I started having problems with my car going into limp mode with Engine Failsafe Prog occuring. After having the codes cleared, the mechanics sadi they couldn't find the source of the problem and if it came up again to bring the car back in. About a month ago, the car completely died out on me, as in in wouldn't turn over at all. There was power to everything but just wouldn't turn over. Even before turning the key, the car went into Engine and Transmission failsafe programs with the traction control and abs lights flashing on. I've had the car towed to the mechanics, who diagnosed that the Electronic Throttle Body had faulted, and as such had it replaced, problem was still there. They then faulted the Accellerator which was also changed but problem wasn't rectified. They have now determined it is my DME which they cant guarantee is the problem, and they have had a couple of other workshops check out too. One thing they have mentioned is that if they can get the car to turn over, it wont rev over 3000rpm.Just wondering if anyone has had or heard of any similar problems and what (if any) solutions are there?Sorry about long post!

Could it be voltage regulator in d alternator mati?

When voltage regulator mati, my dashboard macam christmas tree. A possible warning comes on.
