Hi,I am driving a BMW 325i E90 2006, I felt that different key fob gives different driving feel such as acceleration, braking and etc?anyone has the same feeling? Is this built as designed.Tq.
It's possible that the E90's Adaptive Gearbox readings are recorded in the fobs as well, since all user settings are also recorded. Adaptive Gearbox tailor's the gear-changes to your driving style over a period of time. Don't think that the brakes would change in any way though.

i hate adaptive gearbox. it really sucks bcos the puter is not really smart enough to think or react like a human, so you get silly car behavior at inappropriate times. I hate cars that try to predict what I am thinking.
It's only 1 variable, while a seat position is 4 variables. It's entirely possible that it is programmed, as it makes sense from an Efficient Dynamics point of view.

Every time after an oil change at the SC, the car felt smoother, more power and more responsive.. the gearbox adaptive value is reset during every engine oil change service. I almost got them to deactivate the feature, it seems possible.
