Cracked Bodykit

Hello All,Somehow due to a mech stupidity, my sideskirt suffered a half foot long crack!Anyways to mend it? My ride is on an all round ori AC kit.

Should be able to glue it back & respray. Just to make sure you use the glue that can be painted on its surface.

Talk about glue, I also want to find out which glue is the best to stick clips attach to door panel..? any body or glue specialist please help? (currently try "Liquid Nails"..not sure if it works).

all i know, the rubber glue aka dunlop glue is a no-no....

bro....maybe u can find a paint shop and ask the guy to use some of his semen..... to patch and touch up the crack area....

You can use epoxy resin and fiber glass repair kit for your crack body kit. After you can buy filler to close up the hairline crack on the front. Sand it down and respray.

Alternatively, go see your panel beater shop and pay people to do it professionally for you.

i feel you should ask ur mechanic to settle it for you. Yours is ori ac kit, not some fibre replica. you tell the mech 'i take a knife, cut your face then i send you hospital to stich up. can or not?' If he cant get you brand new side skirt, never mind. but to me should be at least undamaged unit, 2nd hand also never mind. Need to let them feel the pinch for their carelessness.
