What about charcoal? Those cheap RM 5 packets sold at Daiso? Does it help besides getting rid of smells?

Btw, that's one HUGE roach!

Go for green baygon. I once have this prob on my car, suspect due to my baby milk that attract them.
What i did was spray the baygon on the whole carpet, door, and repeat the whole process for few days. Problem of many years finally solved. Redo every 6 month/ 1 year or whenever u see any small coackroach start appeaer

Water in the car (either under the carpet or in the door sills) can act as a contributory factor in allowing these critters to turn up. Make sure there's no water pooling anywhere. Always had a ant problem at my door sill until i unclogged the drain channels.

I also suspect water. Under passenger seat. Not sure how it gets there.
